My name is Dr. Robert D. Walcher D.C.
I am a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West which is located in
San Jose, California. I moved to San Diego for the same reason everyone else does -- the beach and the weather. I am the proud founder of Personalized Chiropractic located in Pacific Beach.

Personalized Chiropractic was created with one purpose in mind: To help as many people through Chiropractic care as possible. Our passion has grown tremendously throughout the past several years of practice because we have seen so many miracles take place. Our patients are benefitting greatly from Chiropractic Care.

I decided to become a Chiropractor when I myself experienced the miracle of Chiropractic. I was a 20 year old college student at the University of Nevada-Reno. One day while working out I strained the muscles in my lower back. Now, that description doesn’t sound all that bad, but believe me -- it hurt very badly. I went home, put some ice on my back, and took some Advil. The next day I couldn’t even put my shoes on and my dad recommended that I go to see his Chiropractor, which I did later that afternoon. Looking back on my visit, the doctor didn’t really educate me at all about Chiropractic. He performed a brief exam and adjusted me. Oh, but that first adjustment changed my life! That first adjustment allowed all the muscles in my low back to release and I felt better immediately.

I knew right then that I was meant to be a doctor of Chiropractic. One of the things that I am most proud of when it comes to my clinic is the fact that I do not sway from my philosophy.
